Used for the treatment of pain and reduced mobility due to tendon disorders, supporting both tendon gliding and the regeneration process. OSTENIL TENDON contains 40mg / 2ml sodium hyaluronate, plus mannitol, a free radical scavenger, which helps to stabilise the chains of sodium hyaluronate.

  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • Once your order has been processed you will receive a despatch confirmation email and tracking information.
  • Shipping:
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 1pm on a working day will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Orders placed over the weekend, bank holidays or the Christmas closure will be processed and shipped on the next possible working day.
For shipping we use Royal Mail.
  • Delivery time:
Royal Mail Standard Tracked Delivery (2-3 working days). 
Royal Mail Special Delivery (1-2 working days if ordered before 1pm).

Next working day does not cover Saturday delivery.

Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland may take an extra day or two because of longer transit times.

Deliveries shipped to the Republic of Ireland usually arrive in approximately 3 working days, but can take up to 28 days (subject to customs clearance). Import duties and/or taxes may be applicable for which you are liable.

  • Customs duties for orders from the Republic of Ireland

All our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Additional taxes, fees, or levies may apply to orders delivered outside the UK, according to local legislation.
Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK (i.e., Republic of Ireland) may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. TRB Chemedica UK Ltd cannot offer any assistance in these processes.

  • Residential Addresses:

If you are having your order delivered to a residential address, then please note that if no one is available to sign for the parcel your order may be left at a nearby Royal Mail office, for collection at your convenience.

Description

OSTENIL TENDON is used for the treatment of pain and reduced mobility due to tendon disorders. It is injected around the affected tendon or into the tendon sheath. A single injection offers rapid symptomatic relief and improved function. Due to its lubricating and visco-elastic properties OSTENIL TENDON supports both tendon gliding as well as the regeneration process.

Licensed Indication:
For the treatment of pain and restricted mobility in tendons with or without tendon sheath, like Achilles, epicondylus humeri, supraspinatus, patella, peroneal, biceps brachii tendons, as well as the iliotibial band.

Presentation:
One pre-filled syringe of 40mg/2.0ml OSTENIL TENDON in a sterile pack. Needle not included.

Active Ingredient: Sodium hyaluronate 2.0%

Usage

Dosage and Administration:
Inject OSTENIL TENDON around the affected tendon or into the affected tendon sheath once a week for a total of 2 injections. Several tendons may be treated at the same time.
