Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a despatch confirmation email and tracking information.

Shipping:
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 1pm on a working day will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Orders placed over the weekend, bank holidays or the Christmas closure will be processed and shipped on the next possible working day.

Shipping options are either UPS or Royal Mail.

Delivery time:
Royal Mail Standard Tracked Delivery (2-3 working days). 
Royal Mail Special Delivery (1-2 working days if ordered before 1pm).

UPS (next working day if ordered before 1pm).

Next working day does not cover Saturday delivery.

Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland may take an extra day or two because of longer transit times.

Deliveries shipped to the Republic of Ireland usually arrive in approximately 3 working days, but can take up to 28 days (subject to customs clearance). Import duties and/or taxes may be applicable for which you are liable.

Residential Addresses:
If you are having your order delivered to a residential address, then please note that if no one is available to sign for the parcel your order may be left at a nearby UPS Access Point or Royal Mail office, for collection at your convenience.

Please note, there may be delays in transit which are out of our control. With this in mind, we recommend that customers only book appointments with patients or clinicians once orders have been delivered.

Customs duties for orders from the Republic of Ireland:
Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Additional taxes, fees, or levies may apply according to local legislation.
Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK (i.e. Republic of Ireland) may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. TRB Chemedica UK Ltd cannot offer any assistance in these processes.
To help make sure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the UK (i.e. Republic of Ireland), check the custom duty threshold of the country you're sending your items to, before you order, and keep your total basket value.
