HAXL One contains a high concentration of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate. This formulation offers effective symptomatic relief with a single injection for knee osteoarthritis and is well tolerated. HAXL One contains 88 mg / 4.4 ml of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate (20 mg/ml) and is manufactured using SARE Technology®, which combines high- and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid to create a stable viscoelastic hydrogel with lubricating and shock-absorbing properties, while enhancing resistance to enzymatic degradation.

SHIPPING:

  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

  • Once your order has been processed you will receive a despatch confirmation email and tracking information.
  • Orders placed before 1pm on a working day will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 1pm on a working day will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend, bank holidays or the Christmas closure will be processed and shipped on the next possible working day.*

    *Next working day does not cover Saturday delivery.
For shipping we use Royal Mail.


DELIVERY TIME:

  • UK Main Land:

- Royal Mail Standard Tracked Delivery (1-2 working days).
- Royal Mail Special Delivery* (next working day if ordered before 1pm).

* This is a signed-for delivery, so please ensure someone is present to sign for the parcel.

  • Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland:

Deliveries may take an extra day or two because of longer transit times.

  • Republic of Ireland: 

Deliveries usually arrive in approximately 3 working days, but can take up to 28 days (subject to customs clearance).
Import duties and/or taxes may be applicable for which you are liable.

CUSTOMS DUTIES:
(for orders from the Republic of Ireland)

  • All our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
  • Additional taxes, fees, or levies may apply to orders delivered outside the UK, according to local legislation.
  • Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK (i.e., Republic of Ireland) may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. TRB Chemedica UK Ltd cannot offer any assistance in these processes. 

Please check the custom duty threshold of the country you're sending your items to, before you order, and keep your total basket value.

RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES:

If you are having your order delivered to a residential address, then please note that if no one is available to sign for the parcel your order may be left at a nearby Royal Mail office, for collection at your convenience.

Please note, there may be delays in transit which are out of our control. With this in mind, we recommend that customers only book appointments with patients or clinicians once orders have been delivered.
