ORDERING INFORMATION:
ORDER ONLINE:
Purchase online from our website here.
VIA AUTHORISED WHOLESALERS:
To place an order please contact your usual wholesaler as most of our products will be available through them. If you are unsure which wholesalers are "authorised" suppliers please contact us for a list.

CREDIT ACCOUNT:
You can set up a Credit Account with us, if you send us your order in writing via either:
- orders@trbchemedica.co.uk,
- Post to our address below.
We will then contact you again to request some information about you and also the prepayment for your first order.
NOTE: Orders or payments cannot be taken via telephone.
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
As the only manufacturer-appointed distributor of OSTENIL, VISCOSEAL, VISMED and REMOGEN Omega in the UK, we always maintain ample stocks for immediate dispatch.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CLOSED ON BANK HOLIDAYS.
SHIPPING:
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
- Once your order has been processed you will receive a despatch confirmation email and tracking information.
- Orders placed before 1pm on a working day will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 1pm on a working day will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Orders placed over the weekend, bank holidays or the Christmas closure will be processed and shipped on the next possible working day.*
*Next working day does not cover Saturday delivery.
DELIVERY TIME:
- UK Main Land:
- Royal Mail Standard Tracked Delivery (1-2 working days).
- Royal Mail Special Delivery* (next working day if ordered before 1pm).
* This is a signed-for delivery, so please ensure someone is present to sign for the parcel.
- Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland:
Deliveries may take an extra day or two because of longer transit times.
- Republic of Ireland:
Deliveries usually arrive in approximately 3 working days, but can take up to 28 days (subject to customs clearance).
Import duties and/or taxes may be applicable for which you are liable.
CUSTOMS DUTIES:
(for orders from the Republic of Ireland)
- All our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
- Additional taxes, fees, or levies may apply to orders delivered outside the UK, according to local legislation.
- Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK (i.e., Republic of Ireland) may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. TRB Chemedica UK Ltd cannot offer any assistance in these processes.
Please check the custom duty threshold of the country you're sending your items to, before you order, and keep your total basket value.
RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES:
If you are having your order delivered to a residential address, then please note that if no one is available to sign for the parcel your order may be left at a nearby Royal Mail office, for collection at your convenience.
Please note, there may be delays in transit which are out of our control. With this in mind, we recommend that customers only book appointments with patients or clinicians once orders have been delivered.
