How to get VISMED
How and from where can I get VISMED® eye drops?
Option 1: Order ONLINE:
To order online please go to one of the "Shop Products" pages. Please note that we do not deliver outside of the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or Republic of Ireland.
Payment is via PayPal, or as a guest using your credit card. Just go to one of the "Shop Products" pages (click on the Drop-Down Menu under "Shop Products" at the top left in the navigation area), e.g. VISMED single dose vials, and click on the "Add to Basket" button. This should add the item to the Shopping Basket. If after that you click on the "Shopping Basket" icon at the top right you can then complete your order by following the instructions on the pages.

When will I receive my order?
As the only manufacturer-appointed distributor of the VISMED® range products in the UK, we always maintain ample stocks for immediate dispatch. Typically, any orders placed before 1.00 pm on a working day will be delivered on the next working day by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next possible working day for delivery the following working day. Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, or the Irish Republic may take an extra day or two because of longer transit times. Please note that if no one is available to sign for or receive the parcel your order will be left at a nearby Royal Mail office for collection at your convenience. Royal Mail will leave a red "Something for you" card at your address with more details on how to get your parcel.
Once your order has been placed, our logistics team will be in touch with a scheduled delivery date. Please note, however, that there may be delays in delivery which are out of our control, particularly during the current health crisis.

Are VISMED® eye drops available on the NHS?
Yes, most of them are. Please ask your GP for further details.
You can also get VISMED® eye drops from pharmacies and opticians, or other online websites such as Butterflies Eyecare.
Option 2: LOCAL PHARMACIES:
Prescription: VISMED®, VISMED® MULTI, VISMED® GEL and VISMED® GEL MULTI are available on the NHS and can be prescribed by a clinician (e.g. your GP, Optometrist, or Ophthalmic Consultant).
Without Presciption: You can also purchase VISMED® products over the counter (OTC) from your local pharmacy, even without a prescription. If your pharmacy doesn't stock VISMED® products they can contact their wholesaler or call TRB Chemedica (UK) Ltd on 0845 330 7556 for assistance.
Option 3: OPTICIANS:
VISMED® products are now also available from some local opticians. Please ask your optician about VISMED® products which may encourage them to stock it for you.
